⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Learning & Development (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently on tasks and projects to completion
• Experience in both classroom-based training and virtual training delivery is preferred
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and supporting the development of training programs
• Strong analytical skills to monitor, evaluate and modify training programs as needed
