Learning & Development Officer

Job Description :

• Assist L&D Dept Head to design, develop, implement and review Talent Development program (e.g Management Development Program, Apprentice Program/Management Trainee).
• Facilitate in developing soft and technical competencies for employees based on company needs
• Support and ensure L&D Programs is effective, efficient and aligned with company needs.
• Coordinate with the experts to create technical modules such as injection and blow molding machines.
• Deliver technical training
• Analyze L&D data/report and providing recommendations and executing solution for improvement

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree from any major
• Having experience in engineering/technical field is preferred
• Min. 1 year of experience in Learning & Development field
• Good interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skill.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Willing to travel to all plants, mainly located in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang and/or Jatake, Tangerang.
