Job Description :
- Assist L&D Dept Head to design, develop, implement and review Talent Development program (e.g Management Development Program, Apprentice Program/Management Trainee).
- Facilitate in developing soft and technical competencies for employees based on company needs
- Support and ensure L&D Programs is effective, efficient and aligned with company needs.
- Coordinate with the experts to create technical modules such as injection and blow molding machines.
- Deliver technical training
- Analyze L&D data/report and providing recommendations and executing solution for improvement
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Having experience in engineering/technical field is preferred
- Min. 1 year of experience in Learning & Development field
- Good interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skill.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Willing to travel to all plants, mainly located in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang and/or Jatake, Tangerang.
