Job Description:

• Executing Learning & Development programs that have been planned by the head office L&D.
• Mentoring new and existing employees, including partners (installer, sales, technician).
• Train the sales team.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience as Trainer for team sales.
• Preferably having experience from telco / retail / banking / insurance industry.
• Coaching, goal oriented, and good motivation skill.
• Good communication & interpersonal skill.
