Job Description:
- Identify Training needs, working closely with Partners
- Create Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Deliver training for Operational staff and Head Office staff
- Design and make the training module
- On-field training or observation
- Do evaluation until/on Level 3
Requirement:
- Minimum have 1 year of experience as a L&D
- Experienced in TNA, making module training, delivering traning & doing evaluation of Traning (level 3)
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Fluent in English
- Willing to do work-traveling
