Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, an award-winning real estate developer with over 20 years of experience specializing in the development of residential and commercial properties aimed at middle-income Indonesian Millennials.
Job Responsibilities
- Marketing & Sales Activities
- Participate in the making of monthly and yearly Marketing & Sales strategy
- Plan events and activities that could help attract more tenants to use our company’s products or services
- Cooperate with internal or external party in executing Marketing & Sales activities
- Find and maintain customer database (corporate & individual customers)
- Offer products/services to corporate & individual customers through several channels (phone call, email, WhatsApp, face-to-face, etc.)
- Schedule meetings or visits to prospective tenants to introduce about our company’s products/services
- Schedule and accompany prospective tenants in doing unit and facility tour
- Make offerings and do negotiations with prospective tenants
- Accompany corporate & individual customers until the finalization and signing of contract
- Maintain good relationship with customers in post-purchase stage
- Accompany Tenant
- Accompany tenants when doing check in and check out
- Cooperate With External Parties
- Find and build good relationship with online hotel booking platforms and agents
- Maintain and process bookings from online hotel booking platforms
- Help agents in scheduling unit and facility tour
- Prepare contracts for prospective tenants from agents
- Reporting and Evaluation
- Make reports for marketing & sales activities
- Evaluate Marketing & Sales strategy and make adjustments as needed to ensure the achievement of target
Job Requirements
- Min. Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Hospitality Major
- Min. Working Experience: 5 years in Marketing and Sales Positions in Hotels or Service Apartments
- Japanese native who has lived in Indonesia for 3 years or more is preferable
- Fluent in Japanese & English (Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia will be an additional point)
- Comfortable with meeting new people
- Target oriented
- Comfortable in working under pressure
