Leasing Officer

Job Description:

• Invite prospective tenants, negotiate leases and create rental packages according to management targets.
• Good relationships with tenants.
• Make reports according to management needs.
• Handling complaints from tenants.
• Working location : Gading Serpong - Tangerang

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics or any related degree.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (preferably Mall or Property).
• Required Skill(s): Good Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Presentation skills, Strategic and business planning.
