Leasing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Communicate and negotiate with landlords / Malls
• Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management
• Find a good location for store expansion
• Well manage leasing paperwork and files
• Site visits and meetings with Malls (willing to travel out of city)
• Communicate and coordinate with internal department for store opening
• Other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• 28 - 40 years of age
• Min. 3 years of experience in the same field
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work with minimum supervisory / Independent
• Wider networking with malls
• Smart and think fast
• Detail oriented
• Good attitude & Well groomed
