Faculty Member Activities :
Perform Teaching Activities :
o Disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to students
o Assist students with learning process
o Assessing student’s learning
Perform Research Activities :
o Participate actively in specific research projects
o Propose new topics for research projects
o Maintain a program of research or artistic creativity
o Contribute to their disciplines through publishing articles and books, presenting research findings, or disseminating their work to external audiences
Perform Community Services :
o Participate actively in community service programs
o Propose new program for community service
Research Activities :
- Ensure the world recognition of high impact research within the Department / Program / Faculty / School
- Ensure the sustainable research grant within the Department / Program / Faculty / School
- Updated course material with research results
- Provide and maintain conducive research atmosphere
- Ensure the development of peer research capability
- Participate actively in specific research projects
- Propose new topics for research projects
- Maintain a program of research, scholarship or artistic creativity through which they should aspire to a national or international reputation as scholars and promotion to the rank of Professor (academic specialist rank)
Content Development & Evaluation Activities :
- Enrich and maintain course material.
- Review and revise course material quality by conducting Course Outline / Online Resources review and revision (every semester).
- Assist the course and examination content preparation, evaluation, development, and improvement to support the accreditation process
- Provide input for obsolete courses and teaching materials to Head of Department / Program
- Coordinate other lecturers related to course development and evaluation process, as well
as provide mentoring, coaching and feedback
- Ensure the quality of teaching delivery for all classes according to standard
- Ensure on time completion of content development & evaluation process
Teaching Activities :
- Disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to students
- Assist students with learning process and applying the knowledge
- Participate in creating the new development of teaching materials
- Contribute to their Department / Program / Faculty / School curriculum diversity and richness, and to foster their students’ critical and creative abilities
Management Support Activities :
- Act as Academic Advisory and Thesis Supervision (based on assignment)
- Provide Report to SCC / CCC / Head of Concentration / Head of Area of Knowledge Inquiry and Head of Department / Program
- Suggest improvement process related to lecturer activities
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor
- Perform the role of lecturer as stated in Catur Dharma Perguruan Tinggi
Education Requirement :
- Doctoral Degree with relevant field of knowledge
- Jenjang Jabatan Akademik (JJA) : Minimum Lektor Kepala
Work Exposure / Experience :
- 3+ years of teaching experience
