ProEd Global School Umalas is currently seeking a Legal Staff to join our team. The Onsite Legal Staff will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting our legal team, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Legal team in reviewing and drafting agreements between internal and external parties (e.g., MOUs, contracts, and company rules).

2. Prepare and manage all company contracts and agreements.

3. Monitor the timeline of government regulations and company law.

4. Handle legal document management and filing, assisting in securing corporate/business licenses.

5. Manage all types of KITAS (foreign worker permits).

6. Provide legal opinions (legal advice) related to company/school operations.

7. Maintain positive relationships with Local Authorities, Government Institutions, and other relevant parties associated with company/school operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field.

3. Strong analytical and research skills.

4. Knowledge of and experience with public sector procurement requirements and procedures.

5. Effective interpersonal and communication skills in English.

6. Ability to work well within a team and independently.

7. Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
