- Own Laptop
- OSS system
- Due Diligence land
- Must be titled as SH / MH
- Prepare + Processing company registration
- Prepare all company registration in AHU
- Ability to register in AHU online / Have registration in AHU online
- Familiar with OSS System
- Knowledge of Corporates Law
- Processing Legal Document
- Processing license's
- Document checking
- Agreement creating
Skills
- located in Bali or planning to settle in Bali
- English Fluent;
- Soft Skills (Fast Learner, Polite, Responsibility, Literacy and good with grammar, also attention to details)
- Hard Skills ( can use Microsoft Office/Word/make Scripting Excel and Programing is a Big Plus)
- Bring own laptop (good laptop)and have a bike and have motorbike driving permit

Salary from 4,500,000 IDR and for benefit bonus additional up to 10% from salary discipline bonus
Schedule
- work in office from09.00 am until17.00 pm Monday - Friday
- be available online when necessary
