Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and memos.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Communicate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
- Support in-house legal team with various tasks.
Role Requirements:
- Law degree from an accredited institution.
- Admitted to the bar or eligible for admission.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in legal document drafting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
