Legal Compliance Staff

Requirement :

• The candidate must have bachelor's degree in Law from reputable university.
• Min. 2 years of working (fresh graduation welcome) experience in multinational company
• Proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality
• Manage all phase of court litigation process
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
   

Main Job :

• Establishing standards & implementing procedures to ensure compliance programs (preventing, detecting and correcting noncompliance) with applicable laws and regulations
• Promote compliance with the company's code of conduct (through education, socialization, etc.)
• Supporting internal investigation, analyze, reporting compliance issue
  Regulator management (review, tracking, updating and distributing)
