Legal Compliance Supervisor

Responsibility :

• Preparing, negotiating, and advising on all aspects of contracting/contract drafting
• Providing education on contracts compliance issues
• Able to make agreements and manage permits for the company's business interests, and be able to represent the company both inside and outside the court

Requirement :

• Maximum Age 30 years old
• Master of law education is preferred
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal Specialist (preferably experienced in F&B and Retail companies)
• Have experience related to litigation & non-litigation
• Have a valid professional certification from PERADI
• Able to work in a dynamic environment, and meet critical deadlines
• Have Toefl certification
• Minimum Toefl 500 / TOEIC 750 / IELTS 6
• Fluent in English both oral & written
