Responsibilities:
- Prepare contracts regarding our services.
- Support sales team in drafting contracts and seeing contracts through to full execution.
- Reviewing the contract's alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) or Purchase Order (PO).
- Tracking the contract review progress.
- Monitoring contract periods for renewal or termination.
- Manage contracts database, reporting, and filing system and all requisite data entry.
- Oversee due diligence research of new customers.
- Analyzing potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
- Stay up-to date with legislative changes.
- Maintain organized system of physical and digital record.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field; Law degree preferred.
- At least 2 - 3 years of work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or relevant role. Previously work at IT Company is a plus.
- Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.
- Excellent writing skills and grammar.
- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
