Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare contracts regarding our services. 
  • Support sales team in drafting contracts and seeing contracts through to full execution.
  • Reviewing the contract's alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) or Purchase Order (PO).
  • Tracking the contract review progress.
  • Monitoring contract periods for renewal or termination.
  • Manage contracts database, reporting, and filing system and all requisite data entry.
  • Oversee due diligence research of new customers.
  • Analyzing potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
  • Stay up-to date with legislative changes.
  • Maintain organized system of physical and digital record.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field; Law degree preferred.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or relevant role. Previously work at IT Company is a plus.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.
  • Excellent writing skills and grammar.
  • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
