Responsibility:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues related to property management, real estate development, construction, leasing, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to assess risks, evaluate legal implications, and develop recommendations for decision-making.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks and liabilities in contractual arrangements and negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of the company.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, permits, and industry standards governing property management, real estate transactions, any other matters related to land or property
- Develop compliance programs, policies, and procedures to address legal requirements and mitigate compliance risks across the organization.
- Assist in managing legal disputes, claims, and litigation involving the company, including conducting investigations, gathering evidence, and preparing legal strategies and defenses.
- Collaborate with external counsel and represent the company in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings as necessary.
- Support due diligence efforts for property acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects, including reviewing title reports, surveys, zoning documents, and environmental assessments.
- Assist in the negotiation and documentation of property transactions, joint ventures, financing agreements, and other corporate transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master's Degree of Law
- Min 7 years experiences, preferable in real estate/property management/developer
- Understand Indonesia's law regulations
- Strong leadership and good communications skills
- Will be based in Denpasar, Bali
