Our client is in the Consumer Technology space, a market leader with globally recognised high performing products. Due to continuing business requirements, they are looking for a Legal Counsel to be based in Indonesia supporting the business operations locally.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the ASEAN General Counsel, you will be part of the team supporting the business by providing advice to support the growth of the business while mitigating risks.
This includes drafting, reviewing and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements and advising on other corporate matters including as they arise.
You will also ensure compliance to internal policies and procedures and laws and regulations in the country.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in legal and compliance with a strong and practical understanding of commercial and corporate law, ideally gained within the consumer or product related industries.
Armed with strong knowledge of Indonesia laws and regulatory framework, you are commercial, proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented and enjoy developing and providing practical legal solutions for the business.
