We are seeking great people to support and enhance our position as a great company in the heavy equipment industry for the position of:
LEGAL SECTION HEAD

Duties and responsibilities:
- Act on behalf of the company jointly with an External Lawyer to attend the court process as an in-house lawyer or to accompany the company on legal cases.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements specifically to support Branch general transaction and legal compliance issues.
- Maintain and monitor legal filling archive and documentation related to job desc (agreement, permit and licenses, customer/third party’s legal documentation, correspondence file, lawyer file, Power of Attorney, Fiduciary, Insurance, etc.)
- Giving direct recommendations to direct superior in case of high risk to the company and gathering relevant information related to legal business cases to have complete legal documents.
- Arranging, maintaining, and executing legal Fiduciary Transfers to cover credit transactions and mitigate the company’s loss.
- Arranging, maintaining, and executing of Insurance Administration to cover credit transactions and mitigate the company’s loss.
Qualifications:
- Age between 28-35 years old.
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
- At least 5 (five) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably having experience in handling corporate services, legal cases, company law compliance, legal drafting, and reviewing.
- Having knowledge and updates on Indonesian legal business issues.
- A team player who is organized, self-initiative, and willing to work under pressure.
- Proven capability in teamwork and ability to work independently.
- Mature, detail-oriented, trustworthy & and well-organized.
- Good communication in English is a must, communicative and well-adjusted.
- Computer literate: windows application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
