Mission of the functional area

The Legal Officer shall be responsible for monitoring and/or advising on all legal matters, commercial contracts, and agreements. The Legal Officer shall also ensure the organization complies with the statutory and organization governance practices and guidelines as observed in the laws in force in the country. Protect children, youth and adults in accordance with duties and responsibilities.

• Manage, maintain, and monitor the registration process and other documents required.
• Draft a wide variety of legal agreements.
• Provide advice on organization legal issues in general.
• Provide commercial legal support to all departmental projects and job functions.
• Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery in area of industrial relation.
• Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures in legal and human resources management.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
• Analyze and review legal agreements, legislation and documents for the Board.
• Ensure compliance with laid down guidelines, policies and procedures for internal or external parties; investigate issues of non-compliance as may be required.
• Filing document and digitalize archives.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

 Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree or master degree of Law or equivalent in Indonesia and passed any credible advocate bar exam.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field.
• Ability to achieve satisfying results to meet demanding deadlines.
• Fluent in English written and verbal communication skills.
• Full-Time - Long term commitment.
