Legal Permit And Land Banking Acquisition

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum of 3 years experienced in Legal Permit andBanking Acquisition areas
• Willing to be placed in Majalengka

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out land acquisition until signing the “SPH”
• Carry out identification and/or inspection, collection of land owners and/or land ownership documents to be acquired up to submission of land payments, submission of land taxes
• Negotiate the price with the owners of the land to be acquired
• Provide the “BPN” accompaniment to carry out measurements of land to be acquired and/or after acquisition until the Certificate
• Coordinate with external parties, notaries, government agencies, village government, sub-district, local government and/or agencies related to land acquisition
• Monitore regularly of the location of land that has been acquired (land boundary markings) with and/or the team in the field
