Job Description:

• Identify and mitigate potential risks in project contracts to protect company interests.
• Review and negotiate contract terms to balance risk and commercial objectives.
• Draft and review various agreements like NDAs and MOUs for project-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards and corporate governance principles.
• Manage contract execution and timelines, ensuring obligations are met.
• Support legal aspects of capital market activities, mergers, land acquisition, and financing.
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions in line with regulations.
• Enhance operational procedures for more efficient legal services.
• Assist in legal support for projects conducted by management, headquarters, or related units.
• Collaborate with global teams for legal support in acquisition integration and entity governance.

Job Requirements: 

• Min bachelor of Legal from reputable university
• Min 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position       
• Proficient in English       
• Must have experience in handling projects (Merger & Acquisition, Financing and Land Acquisition)       
• Preferable have experience in infrastructure and telecommunications industry       
• Able to work under deadline and handling multiple projects
• Available to work onsite at Karawaci, Tangerang
