Legal Specialist (Supervisor)

Requirement :

• Minimum must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Majoring in Law.
• At least have 5 year(s) of working experience as Legal Specialist in Manufacturing industries (is more preferable)
• Having experience in handling Corporate Legal, Legal Permittance, Business Contract, Industrial Relationship
• Having ability in Legal Analysis on potential Risk and make preventive/counter measure plan, negotiation
• Having knowledge about Custom matter
• Having Advocate License (is more preferable)
• Able to communication in English with Business level
   

Job Description :

• Manage Legal Function and activity according to Company Strategy and Policy
• Update Regulation list from Government and Company / HQ Policy related with company business operation
• Compliance on Government and Company / HQ Policy
• Communication with Government officer and HQ Legal team
• Setup team KPI and member's target to achieve the department KPI
• Evaluate from each member's KPI result and make action plan for next activity
• Check and approval business contract with counter part
• Review and analyze the legal risk related to new regulation
• Provide the legal advice (opinion) to the management
• Handling litigation management
