Legal Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all contractual matters, including contract review, drafting and negotiations
• Handling corporate-related disputes and litigations
• Providing intra-company legal advice and training workshop (legal-related matter)
• Providing other legal services per company's project
  Qualification :
• A minimum Bachelor Degree (or above) of Law in Indonesia
•  More than 3 years related working experience
• Good command of written and spoken in English
• Must have analytical mind with problem solving attitute, good and effective communicate skill and is detail-oriented
