Legal Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating & Liaising with Government PIC related to license & permits
• Draft and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents
• Monitoring & Extending the license / Permits which will be expired
• Liaising with Lawyers & Litigation Proceedings
• Fraud issue
• Provide legal advice on the operation of the company and participate in negotiations where legal expertise is required

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University, minimum GPA 3.0
• Has at least 5 years experiences at legal matters in Mining Company
• Has at least 2 years experience as Legal Supervisor
• Knowledge in company laws, contract laws and the Indonesian regulatory issues as well as the international commercial laws
• Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions
• Fluent in english
• Ready to work at Site, West Kutai, East Kalimantan
