Legal Transaction Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Support house transaction process, including but not limited to advisory on house documents, house transactions and maintaining notary relations.
- Liaise as necessary with other other teams such as finance and accounting, sales team for house transaction
- Advise, draft, and review any relevant operational and commercial contracts, corporate exercises, services agreements, and other legal documents relating to the company’s business
- Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure the fulfillment of all legal compliances
- Monitor any regulatory update regularly
Qualifications
- Bachelor/master’s degree in law
- 2-5 years work experience in notary office or law firm or fast-paced startup or corporate legal
- Experience in notary office is highly desirable
- Experience in handling corporate secretarial matters is a plus point
- Has a growth, entrepreneurial, and team player mindset
