Librarian  

Job Description:

• Assists in the implementation of the library policies, rules, and procedures relative to the operations of the library
• Provides individual/group instruction in library utilization especially on the use of reference books and internet
• Handles emails and FB pages
• Develops fun and educational programs for youth and adults
• Organizes and maintains a house index to complement latest appearing published articles
• responds to requests from students, staff, and other library users
• Reviews/evaluates resource materials for requisition of print and electronic resources
• processes newly acquired reference materials such as classify, catalogs, and encodes based on the standard classification systems and updates database accordingly
• Performs other duties as assigned by immediate heads.

Work Experience: 1-2 years

Eligibility: PRC License (Registered Librarian)

Education: Preferrably with Master's degree in Library and Information Science
