Responsibilities
• Managing legal authorization procedures related to store renovations, openings, and operations (licenses and Permits).• Being the point of contact for all government concerns related to store licenses and Permits.• Visiting authorities if necessary.• Contacting Construction Officers and Location Finders to gather necessary documents for licenses and Permits.
Requirements
• Having a Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent work experience.• Having strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to retail operations, especially for standalone stores.• Willing to be placed in the Bekasi area.• Previous experience in compliance, regulations, or law roles is highly desired.• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Ability to work independently and proactively.
