License Permit

Requirements :

• Handle legal matters related to customers' complaints and claims
• Building good relationships with Government and Stakeholder
• Preparing documents for administrative purposes & liaise with related departement
• Providing information & assistance to SSL Mgr with regards license procedures for particular regency/city
• Supervises and coordinates review of agreements, contracts, and other legal documents such as building permits and business licences
• Representing the company for any disputes and litigation by attending to court or any tribunal matters
• Checking the completeness of permit & license submission
• Experience in Manufacturing Industries (permit for Cranes, Pressure Vessels, Heavy Equipment, SILO, and others)
• Having IMB/ PBG knowledge
• OSS Apps preferably

Responsibilities :

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Min. 5 years related working experience as Litigation & License in corporate
• Experienced in handling legal matters for a multinational company (project construction) would be an advantage
• Professional License of Legal practice (PERADI) is mandatory
• Strong in License
• Being a proactive individual that is highly committed with a strong drive, possesses an inquisitive, commercial, analytical mind, enjoys being hands-on, and aspire to be a natural business partner
• Proactive with a high level of integrity and professionalism
• Good working attitude and a team player
• Willing to work in TARAKAN, North Kalimantan (No Roster System)
