License & Regulatory Compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 of Public Relation, Law, Business, Management, Marketing, or equivalent 
• Minimum 5 years experience in Land Permit, Certification and Acquisition Department positions, especially from property development companies.
• Have integrity, have strong data analysis skills, and be mature in negotiating.
• Have good communication skills and able to maintain relationship with government.
• Have experience in license and strategic affairs
• Process all document & permit company, such as: RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS and other.
• Well understanding government’s system such as TKA Online
• Ready to mobilize. 
• Ready to work in across Indonesia
