- To achieve minimum performance standards in Activities (calls, appointments, meetings)
- To adopt and use the appropriate sales portals and tools to ensure a seamless, end-to-end sales process
- To provide needs-based advice to customers
- To achieve, or exceed, performance targets
- To cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers
- To perform periodic review with customers
- To collaborate with branch team to facilitate leads generation (where applicable)
- To handle Bank referred leads and referrals from customers
- To generate referrals back to Bank (for bank products)
Qualification :
- Min S1
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Minimum Age 26 Yo
- Have experience Min 2 years Sales Insurance/ Agency
- Have experience Relation Officer/ Manager or any financial industry
- Having a good communication skill
- Status Partnership (Mitra)
