• At least 3 years' production line experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Superb leadership skills.
• Time management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving techniques.
• Proficient in English (speaking), mandarin is a plus. 

Job Description: 

• Ensure the production process runs smoothly.
• Controlling the quality of production results, controlling waste, and quality of production results. 
• Manage the packaging process for production results so that they comply with predetermined standards. 
• Make daily production results reports.
