• Fluently in English
• Fast learner, confident, and motivated
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the Seminyak real estate market.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiar with Seminyak and Legian area
• Can ride motorcycle and has SIM C

Job Description :

• Communicate with property owners and providing updates 
• Ensure all legal documents for each properties are correct and up to date
• Conduct property evaluations and market analyses to determine accurate listing prices
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
• Taking pictures and edit pictures of the property
