Responsible for store operation and management of Market Place Live Streaming (especially Tiktok & Shopee)
Create marketing strategy, sales report, and data analysis of Market-place Live Streaming
Coordinate with Host, Creator, and other marketing team for better result
Managing promotional activities: live-stream, ads & video seeding
Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research and anticipate changes in customer demand patterns
Create & ensure sales plan & strategy (Daily, monthly, yearly, & seasonal)
Monitoring and analyzing Live Streaming metrics and figures
Brainstorming ideas to enhance and transform the TikTok Shop & Shopee
Job Requirement:
Minimum 3+ Years of working experience in handling Live Streaming (all platforms, especially Tiktok Live & Shopee)
Can operate OBS system and manage it as well.
Strong understanding of TikTok & Shopee and their algorithms
Works comfortably using data to generate insights and solve complex problems
Having creative and out of the box idea to create Live streaming plan
Eager to learn, initiative-taker, and problem-solver
Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers
