Logistic Admin Staff

Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse operations
• Checking shipment report
• Checking finished goods movements
• Organizing shipment
• Receiving finished goods from production.
• Administering the receipt of Raw Materials/Packaging/Trading Products from Local and Overseas Suppliers, Branches, and Customers.
• Generating Aging reports for Sealant & Bonding products.
• Creating reports for Overseas Suppliers/Subcontractors.
• Administering the dispatch of Finished Goods to Customers/Branches/Exports.
• Administering the handover of Finished Goods from Production to Warehouse.
• Administering requests for FG samples, bonuses, trials.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university
• Have experiences in the same field is preferred
• Excellent skills in Computer & Microsoft Office
• Good personality and communication skills
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Able to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and in a team
• Willing to work at MM2100 Bogor
• Willing to working on shift
