Logistic & Data Analyst

Responsibilities :

1. Monitoring ex-factory products through seasonal product confirmation from Head Quarter.
2. Communicate with Distribution Channel Partners and internal team on seasonal ready to ship products
3. Communicate with factories, distribution channel partners, logistic and govermental institution in order to support all trading processes
4. Checking documentation for garments, raw materials, machines, spare parts, additives, packaging comes from factories/distribution channel partners/express courier match with regulations (customs, quarantine, BPOM, SNI, etc).
5. Prepare documentation and letters for dispatching and clearance process.
6. Prepare quotation on all possible vendors related to the trading process.
7. Completing customs-related procedures such as declarations and trading documentation.
8. Coordinating and monitoring forwarder / PPJK / express courier on clearance process.
9. Creating Duty & Tax, Origin Charges, Local Charges and Other calculation to support product costing process
10. Filling logistic documentation for preparation internal or external audit.
11. Responsible for data collecting, data cleaning, and reporting for inventory and sales purposes 

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in any major with 1 year experience in Export Import.
2. Minimum Bachelor degree in any major with 1 year experience in Export Import.
3. Experience on handling the whole process of export & import cycle at least 3 times
4. Good in communication skill (English preferable) and interpersonal skill.
5. Fast learning, conscientious, quick action, high spirits.
6. Deligent and neat on every documentation.
7. Strong in processing and analysing data through ms excel.
8. Have experience in retail business will be an advance.
