The primary role of the Maintenance Engineer is to help CPS Indonesia in transforming the way we have been conducting maintenance. Engineer must provide support to maintenance team on building and nurturing RCM concept, as well as, but not limited to, some practical data gathering, equipment listing, hands on CMMS application, Failure analysis and Investigation, and Reliability analysis. an Engineer is also required to posses strong leadership and growth mindset to be able to collaborate with all level of associate and nurturing new culture.

What You’ll Do for Us
Transforming our old Preventive Maintenance to an Asset Lifecycle approach
Perform reliability analysis and start building baseline for Condition based Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance and integrate it to the Asset Lifecycle
Start building and nurturing Reliability Centered Maintenance culture to all level of associate, including providing training and coaching for team
Helping and supporting engineering team in switching from old plant maintenance apps to Prometheus (SAP based CMMS)
Work on spare part management
Data gathering, Failure investigation and analysis, and reliability analysis.
Qualification & Requirements
At least holds Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical or Mechatronics
Must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge on Reliability Centre Maintenance, Asset Management, Spare part management, and Failure analysis
Minimum 3 years in industry, with minimum 1 year experience handling Reliability, a CMRP certificate is a plus point
Proven attendance in at least one Maintenance and Reliability related training
Possess strong statistical knowledge, especially Weibull analysis.
Familiarity on any Reliability software is a plus point.
Must be able to use Maintenance Software (CMMS)
Possess strong leadership and influencing character
Fluency in English both verbal and written
