Currently, we are assisting one of our multinational Power Plant companies based in Palu, Sulawesi, Indonesia and they are looking for Maintenance General Manager position.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields
• Has 10 years of working experience in Maintenance & Power plant industries
• Has ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external persons to ensure optimal performance
• Good communication in English (verbal + written)

Job Desc/Main Function:

• Working base on K2, safety of works, facility safety and environmental management
• Review, make decisions, and take responsibility for the planning, organization, and command of overall maintenance of power plants and facilities.
• Review, make decisions, and take responsibility for preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Review, make decisions, and take responsibility for management reports on equipment performance and directs appropriate duties.
• Discover equipment problems, identify phenomena, and find and implement solutions to problems.
• Special work : All tasks in the O&M Mobilization contract for preparing O&M

Work Location: Palu, Sulawesi Tengah

Working Days: Mon-Fri (08 AM - 05 PM); no roster.
