- Responsible for all electrical maintenance and installation activities in all HW Group outlets.
- Ensure electrical control & maintenance by the schedule that has been determined
- Assign tasks according to the needs of the electrical damage analysis made by the Inspector
- Compile and report electrical repair work reports to management
- Responsible for all AC maintenance and installation activities at all HW Group outlets.
- Ensure AC control & maintenance by the schedule that has been determined
- Oversee the conformity of repair with AC damage analysis made by the Inspector.
- Monitor routine inspection and preventive maintenance of all AC units in the facility.
- Ensure that all repairs and maintenance comply with safety guidelines and relevant regulations.
- Monitor temperature and pressure in the AC system and recharge refrigerant as needed.
- Create reports on maintenance and repairs that have been carried out.
- Coordinate with the facility management team for proper maintenance and repair schedules.
