Basic Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electric Engineering or similar fields.
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar position.
- Strong leadership, sturggle, teamwork, problem solving, analytical thinking and decision making capabilities.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in textile operations is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects and strategic plans for maintenance programs to ensure machinery are reliable and effective.
- Identify and improve process and competency GAPs within internal teams to guarantee operational stability in production and quality.
- Ensure continued efforts to consistently improve the direct and indirect maintenance cost include manpower planning, sparepart, breakdown costs.
- Prioritize and oversee key projects to help meet target deadlines and achievement expectations.
- Enhance and monitor performance indicator such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR
- Transform and develop maintenance organization into high performing team and challenge the status quo.
- Partner with all business units/teams to achieve company KPIs, objectives, mission – vision, and Compny Culture.
