MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Job Purpose :
This position is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and schedulling all maintenance scopes and repair works as well as modification activities of the mechanic, automotive, electrical, and instruments at Power Plant including PKS Boiler, Demin Plant, Steam Extraction Condensing Turbine, Steam Condensing Turbine, Genset, Cooling Tower, MFO Boiler, Effluent Plant & Refinery 1, Refinery 2, Fractionation 1, Fractionation 2, Tank Tarm & Shipment Pumps.

Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Diploma can be considered with experiences in same field)
- Having experience 10 – 15 years in Maintenance (Mechanic, Electrical, Utility) in Palm Oil Company / Manufacturing Industry with current position as Superintendent / Sr. Superintendent.
- English competency is a must.
- Strong in maintenance concept and trouble shooting of Power Plant including PKS Boiler, Demin Plant, Steam Extraction Condensing Turbine, Steam Condensing Turbine, Genset, Cooling Tower, MFO Boiler, Effluent Plant & Refinery 1, Refinery 2, Fractionation 1, Fractionation 2, Tank Tarm & Shipment Pumps.
- Familiar with SAP
- Strong leadership and analytical thinking.
- Knowledgeable in budgeting and cost control, saving energy and saving maintenance cost.
- Good awareness in waste management and environmental compliance.
