Maintenance Planner

PT Korea Energy Indonesia (KOENSIA) is a subsidiary of Korea South-East Power Co. (KOEN), established in January 2018 in Indonesia. KOENSIA is responsible for power plant operation maintenance and consulting in Indonesia and our employees have much experience in construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and management at KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Generation) and KOEN’s power plants. 

In Sulawesi, one of the projects is as O&M Consortium for PLTU Palu-3 2x50 MW. We are looking for the best candidate to support our business activities in Palu, Central Sulawesi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and communication skills to deliver duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

• Compiles maintenance work results, creates reports and reports to supervisor to ensure historical data for maintained equipment is complete.
• Prepare equipment data to determine the reliability approach needed for a particular situation, based on cost constraints to equipment uptime/downtime considerations.
• Assist in the completion and analysis of basic reliability data from field studies or databases and correlate the data analysis according to well-defined engineering techniques, principles, and procedures to ensure the reliability of the Power Plant.
• Assist in the preparation of abnormal situation reports and create action plans according to Power Plant equipment performance in order to define maintenance procedures and methods to be implemented.
• Assist Predictive Maintenance programs such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and lubrication analysis to prepare a comprehensive maintenance plan to achieve company targets.
• Maintains data assets and other data related to the reliability of CMMS-related equipment and data, and assists in ensuring maintenance activities are well documented and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Monitor the Computerized Maintenance Management System to provide data for each section relating to Maintaining confidentiality and company data.
• Follow up and continuously improve the Maintenance and transactional data and use the Power Plant best practices to enhance data accuracy, quality, and credibility, and add value to the end-users
• Monitor transactional data quality and preventive maintenance master data integrity to ensure the task list, preventive maintenance activities, and measuring point are by the Power Plant maintenance target.
• An annual maintenance plan is compiled and established, and cost efficiency related to material supply and demand is also planned.
• Manage maintenance shop personnel and materials, and resolve problems that arise during maintenance shop operation.
• Manages and supervises utility work that manufactures and installs instruments and equipment required to operate power generation facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance of the power plant
• Bachelor degree in Engineering (mechanical or other related)
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
