AlamatJob Description:
- Coordinates the day-to-day organization, staffing (technician), and operational activities for maintenance programs including construction, maintenance, repair and operation of facilities.
- Establishes and maintains a reliable network of outside vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely support of the maintenance function.
- Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities, process work assignments and follow up with appropriate department to confirm completion.
- Developing maintenance plans and implementing them.
- Acknowledge and review purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required.
- Escalate issues, when necessary, according to company and departmental policies and guidelines.
- Performs routine inspections of all systems & equipment, assess procedures and make recommendations for improvement that may be required.
- Manage and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Monitoring & do maintain a database of equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all maintenance actions.
- Follow up Mi-Asset System’s (internal system) still always updated.
Requirements:
- Age max 40 years olds
- Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
- 5+ years experiences in facility maintenance management
- Solid knowledge of building systems, mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and repair work
- Strong team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization
- Proficiency in Excel
- Detail, persistence, and well organized
- Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills required
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
