Maintenance Supervisor

Job Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or Equivalent
• Requires at least 4 years of experience in Supervisor / Team Leader Turbine, Boiler, Electrical, I&C or Relay Protection
• Previous experience with Maintenance Department in CFPP (Coal Fired Power Plant) or PLTU
• Fluent in english (both spoken/written), mandarin is preffered
• Demonstrates strong mechanical skills and extensive knowledge of maintenance techniques.
• Proficient PC skills for accessing, maintaining, and communicating electronically.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable and to change priorities and direction as needed, allowing for optimum effectiveness.
• Proven troubleshooting, problem-solving, evaluative, and analytical skills; ability to anticipate problems and take necessary action to minimize the likelihood and impact of problems.
• Excellent planning and directing skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Willing to be placed at Nagan Raya, Aceh

Job Desc:
• Participate and contribute properly to the operation, maintenance, and availability of all production equipment in accordance with HSE regulations, ensure the availability of spare parts, and coordinate the implementation and administration of a schedule of planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance for equipment and machinery.
• Coordinating maintenance activities with other functions or departments to ensure that all machines and equipment are serviced on a regular basis.
• Creating a detailed preventive maintenance schedule of all planned work activities, including materials required and team member assignments.
• Determining repair schedules based on engineering recommendations, equipment failure rates, and other factors.
• Keeping records of all repairs done, including materials and costs.
• Making certain that stock levels are consistent with adequate availability.
• Ordering parts, managing the approval process, receiving parts, and updating stock information for stakeholders.
• Creates, maintains, and analyzes reports, such as efficiency reports for preventive maintenance, AM, spare part lifetimes, breakdowns, and so on.
• Contribute to finding solutions for improving HSE, performance, ergonomics, and their establishment (zero defects, for example).
