Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Develop and manage the annual budget for Mall Operations.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide updates to senior management on the overall performance of the mall
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Having min 5 years experience in similar industry
- Proven experience in mall management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of retail leasing, property management, and facility maintenance.
