What Will You Do? Work closely alongside Owner(s) in multiple projects. Understanding how a company operates. Understand how the business operates and anticipate any potential bottlenecks that might hinders the progress of the projects. Ensure the line of communication is clear and concise. Provide support to relevant managers in ad-hoc tasks. Review documents, contracts, and make sure everything is in accordance with the SOP. Conduct ad-hoc data/financial analysis if required. Understand how each division operates and ensure the operations run smoothly. Learning to evaluate performance. Participate in company's strategic planning.Requirements :
Bachelors Degree in Management, Business, HR, or similar from reputable university. Fresh grads are welcome to apply Experience in a management role or similar min years.
Skills :
Strong leadership abilities and potential to grow into a managerial role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong English Professional Proficiency is a must Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to various working styles. Basic understanding of business operations and management principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
