Management Associate Program

The Management Associate Program (MAP) is a fast-track development and training program. An exclusive program designed for highly capable and motivated people who aspire to become the Real Estate business’ leaders of the future. During the training program, you will be exposed to experiences and challenges that enable you to accelerate your learning in Real Estate and property business at a strategic level.
 

We are looking for candidates to develop and implement their growth strategies. Here are some of the requirements needed :

• Have Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field from reputable university in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Planology, Management Digital Marketing & Environment
• Fresh graduate are most welcome to apply, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skill and adaptability
• Willing to be placed in all company branches

This position will be placed in Kota Harapan Indah, Bekasi during the program.
