Management System Officer

Support Management System Department Head for preparing Company Policies, establishing, and monitoring integrated MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, risk management, continuous improvement, as well as analyzing the operational process and compiling the implementation of Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) process for the company in accordance with company standard and ensuring PDCA process in Company runs well to support the Company’s strategic management process.

• Provide Objective Key Result achievement data as a basis for setting 1Y and 5Y targets
• Drafting documents for levels 2, 3, and 4, along with supporting the document system integration process.
• Preparing for the implementation of QCC training for leaders, monitoring the execution of improvements, creating improvement implementation reports, and acting as a mediator in the improvement process.
• Gathering and recommending issues related to ERM (Enterprise Risk Management), as well as creating its database.
• Creating a calendar of events, monitoring, and making notes on the implementation of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles.
• Reviewing report of Lenders created by each department in terms of language and format to minimize report creation errors.

• Bachelors’ Degree majoring in Management/Civil Engineering/Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 year of working experience in a similar position from Power Plant/ Manufacturing Industry or 5 years from any Industry.
• Proficient in English
• Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part of the team
• Good time management, honest, detail oriented, strong analytical skill, and sense of urgency
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of accounting system and computer
• Willing to be placed in Tanjung-Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan
