Management Trainee - Sales (Freshgraduates)

Job Description:

• Learn sales operation by completing rotation in sales office and area function
• Learn sales process by completing training program
• Shadow senior sales manager and sales team on a daily basis
• Travel with sales representatives in order to learn about the sales process
• Leads sales at distributor and outlet with area sales manager and area sales supervisor

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in any major GPA 3,2 (out of 4 scale)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Have experience 2 years in Sales Area or related is a plus
• Have a driving license (A or C)
• Possess high integrity, good analytical thinking, able to work both individually and teamwork, self driven and results oriented
• The position is for full-time position
• Willing to follow terms & condition of Management Trainee program
• Willing to be relocated to any APP’s location (Indonesia)

Note :

• This position will be place all around Indonesia (Sumatera to Papua) with regularly rotation in the middle of program, depends on company needs.
