As a Manager Accounts Payable, you will supervise the full cycle of Accounts Payable activities, month-end accruals, and reconciliations; supervise the Accounts Payable staff.

Work Location: Batam, Kepulauan Riau

Travel Requirement: 10%

You will work both in an office and manufacturing shop-floor environment.

Domestic relocation is available for this position.

What You Will Do:

• Revising, developing, and implementing Accounts Payable policies and procedures.

• Supervising payment processes, invoice grief resolution, year-end procedures, and travel and expense reimbursement.

• Preparing daily and monthly Accounts Payable reports, and statistical measures for management.

• Interpreting and explaining the organization's internal financial controls, policies and procedures, tax regulations, and related information.

What You Have (Required):

• Fluency in English.

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

• At least 5 (five) years of experience in a similar or relevant role with supervisory experience.

• Skills in Accounting, Account Payable (AP), Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), Taxation, BI (Bank Indonesia) Reporting and Accuracy, and Attention to Detail.

• Good interpersonal communication, analytical, leadership, and project management skills to develop a cooperative working relationship with others both inside and outside of Caterpillar.

Top Candidates Will Also Bring:

• Proficient in English and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).

• Capable of using and demonstrating statistical and problem-solving tools.

Physical Requirements (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation):

• This job requires extensive active movement throughout the plant including climbing stairs and steps, lifting devices, and pushing and pulling equipment.
