Qualifications & experience

  • Maximum 38 years old
  • Willing to be placed at Jabodetabek Areas.
  • Proven track record as a leader
  • ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial position of 4* Hotel or Aesthetic/Beauty Clinic, with a proven track record of achieving sales growth and operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team & excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel, CRM software and sales analysis tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and team members.
  • Strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, financial acumen, and business planning.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Maintain, live and build company’s culture
  • Build and grow high performing teams – acquire, develop, manage, engage & retain extraordinary talent, set clear performance expectations and create culture of empowerment and accountability to achieve result
  • Manage and improve Clinic Operations (Monthly, Quarterly, Mid, Yearly) focus on Clinic Growth, Customer Relationship Management, Patient Experience & Satisfaction, Quality Management (SOP and Policies).
  • Direct and manage all operational aspects including maximizing scheduling, payroll, distribution operations, administration and sales.
  • Maintain a good communication with doctors, specialist doctors as partners of the clinic & networking to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
  • Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals & evaluate, analyze and report team and staff performance, market research, customer profiling and sales.
  • Create and implement prospective sales opportunities and strategies to achieve sales target.
  • Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic.
  • Managing the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory. Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
  • Reports and deliver business results through Key Performance Indicator and focused action to grow productivity and performance
