Manager Asset Value

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate / Civil / Management background
• Minimum 5 years experience in Asset Value management
• Competency needed / leadership: feasibility study & highest best use, drive for result, influencing skill, problem solving and creativity, data management, good communication skill
• Having AutoCad Skill is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze asset, financial data and recommend higher utilization of assets and methods to increase overall return, including possible sales
• Prepare accurate financial valuations and market/accounting analyses to support business plans and budgets
• Monitor and analyze the performance of assets to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments such as legal, accounting, and operations to ensure smooth asset management operations
• Participate in due diligence efforts for new asset acquisitions
• Conduct property site visits to monitor property performance, manage execution of property goals and objectives, determine capital needs, and analyze market
